The Dolcetto is one of the most cultivated variety of grapes in the Langhe and in all the south of Piedmont. It has always been considered the wine of friendship and a glass of wine to be savored in company. Its discreet nature makes it the wine that best accompanies all meals.

From this beautiful intense red garnet color wine, emerges an aroma that is similar to blackberries and cherries. It’s dry and warm with good acidity and sufficient tannin level, quite soft, full-bodied and persistent.

Its slightly almond finale makes it the ideal companion for antipasti, main dishes, boiled meats, fresh and medium-age cheeses. It should be savored young.

Color: intense and lively ruby red garnet with intense violet reflections.

Flavor: full harmonious with a slightly dry finale, bitter but pleasant.

Aroma: ample with notes of blackberry, cherry and spices.

Food pairing: starters, main dishes, boiled meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.

As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
