There are wines that are able to give joy. This is one of those.
Once in the glass, there are two perceptions ready to peek: first the scent, delicate and citrusy, then the flavor.
Two qualities that are almost in antithesis (derived from the combination of the vine and the soil in which it grows), which give this wine a unique and unexpected peculiarity, like its name: Matirè.
Name that recalls Matilde and Irene, the two daughters of Alessandro Rivetto, twins that are yet completely different in character and aesthetics. Just like the characteristics of this wine.
Sight
The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, the typical color of Arneis.
Nose
The scent is delicate, fruity and slightly citrusy. We think it’s extraordinary, don’t you agree?
Taste
The flavor is dry, fresh, with a good aromatic persistence.
And then comes the unexpected sapidity, giving us a persistent and slightly bitter aftertaste.
Pairing tips
The aperitif is the moment we think matches it better.
However, if you want to drink it during the meal, know that it goes very well with light appetizers and fish dishes.

Method: After stalk removal, the must and skins are left in cold contact with each other for about 30 hours, after which it undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The maceration lasts for about 5 days.

We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
