They&#8217;re not washed because this operation might reduce the conservation time. It will be sufficient, a couple of hours befor consumption, to clean it delicately with a soft brush.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimal preservation<\/strong>: remove the truffles from their original packaging and preserve them in a air tight jar, in the vegetable compartment of your refrigerator. Wrap them in kitchen\u00a0paper and replaced it every day.
