For three generations, the family has been growing hazelnuts in the Langhe. In 2022, Luana, a pastry chef, decides to turn them into sweet and savory specialties. To do so, she restores the old pigsty, built around 1930 by the founder Giovanni, and gives it a new life as a production workshop.
