Cascina Minot Apicoltura was founded out of a passion for nature and the Roero. The business is based on respect for bees, their biological cycles and the environment.
Honey, pollen and certified fresh royal jelly are all produced in the Roero, using methods that preserve their quality, properties and flavour.
