Agritrutta

Agritrutta is a family-run fish farm in Mondovì, within the Crava-Morozzo Nature Reserve. It raises freshwater fish in the waters of the Pesio stream and oversees every stage of processing, with a strong focus on quality and hands-on craftsmanship.
