Agritrutta

Agritrutta is a family-run farm in San Biagio di Mondovì, located within the Crava Morozzo nature reserve. It raises freshwater fish in the waters of the Pesio stream and manages every stage of processing directly, with particular attention to quality and traditional craftsmanship.
