In Piedmontese, Pensè means “little gift”, a small token of appreciation. A fitting name for this amaro, made through cold infusion and the slow maceration of 22 selected botanicals and spices.
Smooth and well-balanced, it’s a pleasure to sip, especially when it’s time to round off a meal.

You’ll immediately notice an aromatic profile shaped by the botanicals and spices used in its preparation.
Taste
It has a smooth, gentle entry, followed by a long-lasting aromatic finish that ends cleanly. A rounded amaro that favors balance over intensity.
Pairing tips
We recommend enjoying it chilled after a meal, as a digestif. Pair it with a few squares of dark chocolate or some dry biscuits.

We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
