A single-varietal grappa that embodies all the sweetness and elegance of Moscato.
Aged for 18 months in large wooden barrels, it will win you over with its smooth and seductive sip.
It’s a distillate capable of surprising even those who usually don’t enjoy grappa. Its enveloping notes and delicacy will change their mind at the very first taste!
Sight
A brilliant golden yellow, a sign of its long aging in wood.
Nose
Sensual and floral, with the characteristic aromaticity of Moscato. Notes of honey and vanilla emerge, enriched by hints of wood that enhance its complexity.
Taste
Soft, full, and enveloping. The sip is warm and round, with an elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey and chamomile. The finish is long, delicate, and harmonious.
In the glass
Perfect to enjoy neat after a meal, as a meditative spirit, best served at a temperature between 18°C and 20°C. You can also pair it with low-sugar pastries and desserts.
If you prefer, use it as an ingredient in unique and innovative cocktails.
To avoid: drinking it throughout an entire meal. If you’re looking for a grappa to accompany a full menu, it’s better to opt for one made from Nebbiolo grapes.
It’s your guy if…
…You’re looking for a meditative spirit for a refined and aromatic after-dinner experience.
