Sight

Its color ranges from pale yellow to straw, with light greenish highlights. It’s bright and luminous, clear and crystal-like.

Nose

Its aroma is delicate and fresh, with fruity notes of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear. Light floral hints of acacia and chamomile follow, with a subtle mineral touch reminiscent of wet stone.

The absence of alcohol makes the bouquet softer and subtler, but no less intriguing.

Taste

Fresh and well-balanced between acidity and sweetness. The sip recalls citrus fruits and crisp fruit, with a pleasant dry finish.

Though lighter than a traditional wine, it offers a clean, dynamic drinkability, enhanced by a slight mineral note.

Fabio recommends it with delicate and light dishes. Pair it with light appetizers, salads, steamed or grilled vegetables, and also with fish, seafood, white meats, and pasta with light sauces.

    Vinification (Wine-making)

    Method: reverse osmosis is a filtration technique where ethanol, water, aromatic and phenolic compounds are separated from the wine using semipermeable membranes. The alcohol is then removed through distillation and aromas are reintroduced. At this stage, sugar dosage and acidity are rebalanced, resulting in a product capable of delivering a round mouthfeel similar to that given by alcohol. The taste of dealcoholized wine may differ from traditional wines depending on the production process and the taster’s sensory perception. An important benefit of dealcoholization is the preservation of phenolic compounds, which are associated with health benefits.

    Shipping & Delivery

    The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).

    As long as the package is not taken over by the courier, the indications provided by the carrier regarding the presumed delivery date are estimated and will subsequently be confirmed by the courier.

    Quick delivery — I’d like to receive my package as soon as possible

    If you intend to buy products from a single manufacturer or if you want to quickly receive products from different manufacturers (with separate packages, shipped directly by the producers):

    • Italy → UPS Standard, delivery within 2 — 3 working days
    • EU Area → UPS Standard, delivery within 3 — 6 working days

    Low cost delivery — I’d rather save money and wait a few days

    If you want to buy products from different manufacturers and receive them in one delivery:

    • Italy → UPS Standard, delivery within 5 — 8 working days

    Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.

    Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.

    Packaging

    We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.

    For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):

    • polystyrene structure inside cardboard boxes
    • cardboard structure and boxes

    As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.

    The available payment methods are credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

    By choosing credit card, the payment is immediate and safe. It occurs through a secure connection that protects your data, which is encrypted during the transaction.

    PayPal

    Also the PayPal option is immediate. In this case, if you have a PayPal account, your card details remain hidden. The system redirects you to the PayPal site, where you will be asked to log in directly with your credentials (email and password).

    Bank Transfer

    By choosing the bank transfer you end up having longer processing times for we must make sure that we have received the payment, before shipping the goods. This payment method is also safe, but if you are in a hurry to receive your products we recommend choosing an alternative payment method.
