Straw yellow wine, the nose is a bouquet of fresh white flowers and licorice. Pleasant presence of tertiary aromas such as cream and vanilla.
In the mouth it is dry, balanced with a marked flavor and good structure.
Excellent pairing as an aperitif (cold cuts and salmon), risotto with artichokes, fish, game, pasta with delicate fillings.

Method: the grapes macerate in the cold in crates for 15 days, then the crushing and destemming takes place, where the must remains in contact with the skins for 2 days.
