A delicate pale pink, fine and elegant.

Dominated by fresh, fruity notes of red gooseberry, pomegranate, and wild strawberry, enriched by floral nuances of rose and an elegant mineral undertone that defines its finesse.
Taste
The same floral and fruity notes perceived on the nose return on the palate, showing a perfect balance between structure and freshness — never tannic, always harmonious.
Pairing tips
As a rosé, it offers great pairing versatility — a wine to enjoy throughout the meal.
During the aperitif, try it with seafood and land finger foods or appetizers. Tempting ideas? Scampi cocktail, shrimp and crab omelette, vegetable flans, or stuffed peppers with caramelized onions.
For the main course, it pairs beautifully with vegetable or mushroom risotto and pasta dishes with flavorful meat or seafood sauces. Its pleasant acidity also makes it suitable for more structured dishes — baked fish, meats, or vegetables, scallops, and stews.
