Picture an old-school bar. Arched ceilings, frescoed walls. Nothing is fake or forced. There’s no trendiness or modern style—just a deep, genuine authenticity.

Now imagine ordering a drink. What else could you go for, if not a Vermouth di Torino Bianco?

Sight

A bright straw yellow.

Nose

You get spicy and vanilla notes, with a fragrance that’s enveloping but never heavy.

Taste

Sweet and delicate, thanks to the infusion of herbs and botanicals. The sip is intense, aromatic, and pleasantly balanced.

Pairing tips

Serve it chilled and straight to enjoy its purity, or use it as a base for refreshing cocktails.

Try pairing it with savoury snacks like olives, cheese and cured meats for aperitivo, or go bold with chocolate-based desserts to end your meal on a surprising note.

To avoid: dishes with overpowering or clashing flavours that could throw off its delicate balance.

It’s your guy if…

…You’re after a versatile, pleasant aperitif that’s not too strong but still has character. You’ll love it if you’re into aromatic and complex flavours that never overwhelm.

    Winemaking

Method: the production of Bosca’s Bianco Vermouth, as with all vermouths, is not “winemaking” in the traditional sense, but rather an aromatization process of a base wine. A high-quality white wine is selected—usually dry and with a neutral aromatic profile—so as not to overpower the added botanicals.
This is followed by the preparation of botanical extracts (the soul of the vermouth and the secret recipe passed down from generation to generation). These botanicals are macerated (or infused) in a hydroalcoholic solution (wine, alcohol, or a mix of both). The base wine is then blended with the obtained aromatic extracts, pure alcohol (to reach the required final alcohol level, which for Vermouth must be between 14.5% and 22% vol.), and sugar.
The final blend is left to rest in stainless steel tanks. This allows the flavors and aromas to meld, harmonize, and fully develop.
Each producer, including Bosca, uses its own secret recipe for the blend of botanicals and the exact proportions of ingredients, giving each Vermouth a unique aromatic profile.
