Alessandro Rivetto Barbera d'Alba DOC — Vintage 2021 —

 15.00 incl. IVA

Tot: 15€
SKU: ART-BAL-000-0 Category:

The vineyard of this Barbera is located in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, and Alessandro explains that barbera is the only grape variety that rewards when the grapes are thinned.

The result in the glass? A structured but fine wine, as Alessandro’s grandfather, a Montaldo Scarampi Barbera producer used to the “salty” Barberas of the Asti area, used to call it.

It is a full, shimmering amaranth red.

The aroma is intense, important, with aromas that lead us back to blackberry and plum.

It is structured, full and gently tannic.

Pairing tips

Alessandro recommends it with bollito misto, accompanied by bagnetto verde.

Avoid to pair it with: with pinzimonio.

It’s your guy if…

…You have a serious, traditional dinner. A great classic perfect for these situations.
