The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).

Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.
Extra EU orders
Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.Times may vary: delivery within 5 – 9 working days.
Packaging
We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
