The wine reflects the same sensations in the mouth: balanced acid-tannic taste exalts the freshness given by the carbon dioxide. The fresh and also acid persistence is counterbalanced by sweet sensations of the sugary residue.
About the producer
The company cultivates indigenous varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto from their vineyards: 38 acres of land with an annual production of roughly 250,000 bottles.
The Vanotu is the most prestigious vineyard (from which the Barbaresco Vanotu is made) facing south at an altitude between 300 and 350 meters above sea level and it’s located in the natural enclosure of one of the most beautiful hills of the Barbaresco area.
