Alan created this wine to make the classic Nebbiolo tones even more palatable. To do this, he added a part of barbera grapes, which give softness.

The end result is a wine with excellent drinkability, accompanying you throughout the meal.

It is light ruby red.

The olfactory sensations are floral.

The tannins are pronounced, but you feel it soft on the palate.

Pairing tips

Indulge yourself, you can hardly go wrong here! Alan gives you a tip and recommends it particularly with aged cheeses, pasta and meat dishes.

It’s your guy if…

…You love structured wines with pronounced tannins.
