Quality sparkling wine, traditional method, brut.

Soft pink colour, fine, elegant and with a fine and persistent perlage. Very intense hints with fresh notes of berries and roses, honey, dried fruits and bread crust hints.

Creamy and lingering taste, refreshing thanks to its strong acidity, the tannin is really very light.

The story on the label

Time, its secret is this! Grandpa always started like this. We were little then, we couldn’t really understand what he meant.

We got it when we saw it. Bottles. In the basement. They lie there, in the semi-darkness.

They seem helpless, but they are not: in reality they are doing something unique, the most important thing. They rest.

Thus, while the world turns around, fast, faster and faster, the wine is refined. Absolute silence all around.

Week after week, after week. For thirty-three months, at least: a thousand days. One thousand.

Then, suddenly everything changes. The bottles are placed on wooden pupitres for rotation. Every morning, by hand, an eighth of a turn.

Until the bottle is found in an almost vertical position.

Only then is it uncorked, only then the residue of fermentation comes out. Before closing, this lack is topped up with the dosage.

Now the sparkling wine is ready. Now we can really understand the meaning of his words: “Time, this is his secret”.

    Shipping & Delivery

    The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).

    As long as the package is not taken over by the courier, the indications provided by the carrier regarding the presumed delivery date are estimated and will subsequently be confirmed by the courier.

    Quick delivery — I’d like to receive my package as soon as possible

    If you intend to buy products from a single manufacturer or if you want to quickly receive products from different manufacturers (with separate packages, shipped directly by the producers):

    If you want to buy products from different manufacturers and receive them in one delivery:

    Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.

    Extra EU orders

    Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.

    Packaging

    We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.

    For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):

    • polystyrene structure inside cardboard boxes
    • cardboard structure and boxes

    As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
