Grapes: freisa and barbera.
Production area: company-owned vineyards located in Castagnole delle Lanze; planting year 2013.
Production 2019: 4,000 bottles.
Color: intense coral pink with bright salmon / onion blonde reflections.
Bouquet: characterized by fresh aromas of wild berries and rose hips, it offers an unusual olfactory depth for a rosé, with fresh vegetal and mineral-rusty hints.
Taste: very intense of fresh fruit, it offers a smooth, fresh and well balanced mouth with a slight hint of tannic, the noble brand of the grape, which gives this wine a very long, persistent and harmonious palate.
The name of this wine was chosen because, purely as a joke of fate, it corresponds to the date of harvest of the grapes but also to the same day in which, years ago, our father passed away.
For us that date represents a moment of beginning of a new adventure.
