How to assemble it

Barbera d’Alba DOC Superiore Munbèl 2022 - Battaglino
Nose: the scents evoke undergrowth and black cherries. A light dusting of spices arrives at the finish.
Taste: powerful, yet soft, with flavours reminiscent of ripe red fruit, sweet and fleshy cherries. The finish is persistent.
Pairing tips: this is the aperitif wine: it is low tannic, easy, friendly and immediate! Shall we then talk about the pleasant hint of fruit?! Well, all you need is an appetiser to enjoy it. If you then want to move on to the first course, choose it not too savoury or spicy. Fabrizio recommends tajarin with meat sauce.

Roero DOCG Colla 2020 - Battaglino
Nose: intense and enveloping, with interesting notes of rather pronounced spices. Hints of pepper, cinchona and an irresistible touch of rhubarb peep out.
Taste: the good structure of this wine offers a crescendo of flavours, including blackberry and raspberry. The powerful, austere tannins prolong the sensations in a lingering finish.
Pairing tips: Fabrizio loves it with red meat, braised meats and especially cheek.

Nebbiolo d’Alba Paradi' DOC 2022 - Battaglino
Nose: clean and fragrant, of good fruit.
Taste: delicate tannins typical of Nebbiolo and a good lengthening finish win you over.
Pairing tips: Fabrizio recommends it with tajarin al ragù, if you want to stick to the classics. If, on the other hand, you want to change it up a bit, stewed moscardini or richer fish dishes go perfectly with it. The delicate tannin helps to degrease the mouth, despite being a rather delicate wine.

Bric Bastia - white wine made from dried grapes - Battaglino
Nose: is very intense and persistent with hints of honey and apricot, final notes of chamomile.
Taste: the wine is savoury, well structured and harmonious.
Pairing tips: the sweetness of this wine contrasts with a combination on the salty or bitter side. It goes without saying that dry pastries are always a passe-partout, but to really surprise yourself, accompany it with a blue-veined or medium-aged cheese. Alternatively, a piece of extra dark chocolate will be perfect.

Shipping & Delivery
The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).
As long as the package is not taken over by the courier, the indications provided by the carrier regarding the presumed delivery date are estimated and will subsequently be confirmed by the courier.

Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.
Extra EU orders
Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.Times may vary: delivery within 5 – 9 working days.
Packaging
We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.
