Tot: 19.40€
SKU: FOB-BAL-000-0 Category:

A red wine with a fresh yet bold character, where the grape’s natural minerality meets the softness brought by time in barrique.

This is a Barbera that’s balanced, aromatic, and pleasantly persistent.

Sight

Bright ruby red.

Nose

Fresh spices stand out, along with red fruits and crisp apple.

Taste

Mineral, yet also smooth and delicate thanks to the barrique aging. The sip is enriched by notes of pepper and subtle vanilla hints, with a long-lasting finish.

Pairing tips

Perfect with medium-aged cured meats and cheeses, fried foods, and meat dishes.

It’s your guy if…

…You love fruity wines with good structure, and appreciate the fresh, acidic finish that’s typical of the Barbera grape.
