Langhe Favorita is a dry white wine, with a yellow colour with green highlights, typical of Piedmont.
It features sage and flower notes and a delicate flavour of dried fruit. In the mouth is balanced.
Serve it at 5 – 6 °C.

Method: after a maceration of about 12 hours inside the press, the grapes are pressed at a pressure not exceeding 1.80 bar. This is followed by static decantation of the must and the ‘start of alcoholic fermentation, operated with specially selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Throughout the duration of fermentation, the product is kept in agitation, by means of a stirrer, 2 times a day for 5 minutes, in order to keep the yeasts and “noble” lees in suspension, thus obtaining an increase in body.
