This Piedmont DOC Sauvignon is named after the two boxwood plants at the base of the vineyard.
In addition, its vegetal hints are reminiscent of the scent of their leaves.
Sight
It is bright straw yellow.
Nose
The aromas are delicate and floral, broad and ethereal, with an undercurrent of fruity and tropical scents.
Taste
The sip is vertical, fresh and with character. Floral hints return, with some vegetal hints. The finish is really interesting, feeling savory and slightly tannic.
Pairing tips
With fish and shellfish the pairing is more than perfect. Its good structure allows you to pair it with more challenging dishes as well.
