25/9 is a fresh, light rosé wine with a persistent flavour. It is the wine of fine weather and the lengthening days.
Its story, a symbol of conclusion and new beginnings, has a special significance for Andrea and Gianpiero.
It is in fact the anniversary of their father’s death and the date on which, for the first time in 2019, the grapes used to make this wine were harvested.
A day to remember and honour, which also represents the start of a new adventure.
Sight
An intense coral pink with brilliant salmon and onion blond highlights.
Nose
Its bouquet is characterised by fresh hints of wild berries and rosehips.
For a rosé, it offers an unusual olfactory depth: can you smell the fresh vegetal and mineral-rusty hints?
Taste
It is still, light and pleasantly fresh, with good persistence.
Pairing tips
It is perfect as an aperitif, but also goes well with light first courses, cheeses, white meats and fish.
Serving temperature: maximum 10°C.
It’s your guy if…
… You love sunsets and are looking for a wine that is cool to the palate, to be drunk chilled.

Un vino fresco e piacevole, che ho molto gradito durante una bella giornata al sole, a spasso tra le colline del Monferrato.
