Nose: itaaaaaaa is intense and recalls typical Chardonnay notes combined with a pleasant hint of bread crust.
Taste: the flavor is fresh, dry, delicately acidic mitigated by a remarkable smoothness.
Pairing tips: although not everyone likes them, Alta Langa is absolutely to be paired with oysters. Of course, you can also serve it as an aperitif or during the toasts of great occasions.

Barbaresco DOCG 2019 - Alessandro Rivetto
Nose: do you still detect ripe cherries, tea leaves, rose petals and mineral notes?
Taste: severe, ripe tannins, fresh acidity and round, feminine structure. It is incredibly fine, balanced and the finish is long and persistent.
Pairing tips: Alessandro calls it the best wine for the whole meal, even if it’s rather expensive. You can also pair it with dessert, but the right kind: choose hazelnut cake.

Nose: it is delicate, fruity and reminiscent of raspberry and violet.
Taste: it is dry, becoming soft, velvety and of good persistence with aging.
Pairing tips: Alessandro recommends pairing it with an elegant barbecue. You can really indulge: it’s perfect with white meats, with mixed skewers, with fillets.

Shipping & Delivery
The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).
As long as the package is not taken over by the courier, the indications provided by the carrier regarding the presumed delivery date are estimated and will subsequently be confirmed by the courier.
Quick delivery — I’d like to receive my package as soon as possible
If you intend to buy products from a single manufacturer or if you want to quickly receive products from different manufacturers (with separate packages, shipped directly by the producers):

Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.
Extra EU orders
Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.Times may vary: delivery within 5 – 9 working days.
Packaging
We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.

The available payment methods are credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit Card
By choosing credit card, the payment is immediate and safe. It occurs through a secure connection that protects your data, which is encrypted during the transaction.
PayPal
Also the PayPal option is immediate. In this case, if you have a PayPal account, your card details remain hidden. The system redirects you to the PayPal site, where you will be asked to log in directly with your credentials (email and password).
Bank Transfer
By choosing the bank transfer you end up having longer processing times for we must make sure that we have received the payment, before shipping the goods. This payment method is also safe, but if you are in a hurry to receive your products we recommend choosing an alternative payment method.
