Alta Langa Metodo Classico Brut DOCG 2020 - Alessandro Rivetto
It is straw yellow to the eye.
Its aroma is intense and recalls the typical notes of Chardonnay combined with a pleasant hint of bread crust.
In the mouth it is fresh, dry, delicately acidulous mitigated by a remarkable softness.
Even if not everyone likes it, Alta Langa is absolutely to pair with oysters. Of course, you can also serve it as an aperitif or during the toasts of great occasions.

Barbaresco DOCG 2019 - Alessandro Rivetto
The wine is ruby red to the eye, with slight garnet hues.
The nose has ripe cherries, tea leaves, rose petals and mineral notes.
In the mouth the tannins are firm and ripe, the acidity is fresh and the structure round and feminine. It is incredibly fine, balanced and the finish is long and persistent.
On the plate: Alessandro calls it the best wine for the whole meal, albeit rather expensive. You can also end with dessert, but the right one: choose hazelnut cake.

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2021 - Alessandro Rivetto
It is bright ruby red, tending to fade with age.
Its aroma is delicate, fruity and reminiscent of raspberry and violet.
In the mouth it is dry, with aging it becomes soft, velvety and with good persistence.
Alessandro recommends pairing it with an elegant barbecue. You can really indulge: it is perfect with white meats, with mixed skewers, with fillets. Go for the quality of the meat and success is assured.

Shipping & Delivery
The order is processed on the same day if executed and paid by 12.00 pm. The courier picks up the parcels the day after the order is processed (excluding: low cost delivery and Extra EU).
As long as the package is not taken over by the courier, the indications provided by the carrier regarding the presumed delivery date are estimated and will subsequently be confirmed by the courier.

Following the order processing, the bottles are collected to be packed in the least number of packages and processed with a single waybill.
Extra EU orders
Following the order processing, the goods are delivered to MBE who will process the order by selecting a carrier and following the regulations in force.Times may vary: delivery within 5 – 9 working days.
Packaging
We are very careful about the quality of the packaging, to avoid problems during shipping.
For the bottles we use packages that are suitable for transport, which keep the contents still. You may receive two different types (both very valid and chosen according to the regulations of the shipping countries):
As for gastronomic products, these are also shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap or air cushions inside.

The available payment methods are credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit Card
By choosing credit card, the payment is immediate and safe. It occurs through a secure connection that protects your data, which is encrypted during the transaction.
PayPal
Also the PayPal option is immediate. In this case, if you have a PayPal account, your card details remain hidden. The system redirects you to the PayPal site, where you will be asked to log in directly with your credentials (email and password).
Bank Transfer
By choosing the bank transfer you end up having longer processing times for we must make sure that we have received the payment, before shipping the goods. This payment method is also safe, but if you are in a hurry to receive your products we recommend choosing an alternative payment method.
