Spumante (Sparkling wine)

Since the seventeenth century sparkling wine, along with its bubbles, has been a symbol of seduction, transgression and savoir vivre.

Its delicate flavor and elegant aromas make it perfect for demanding female tastes.

Dolcetto

Certainly the wine drunk the most in the Langhe, may be misleading because of its name: it is not, in fact, a sweet wine but a table wine, with a ruby red-violet color and a dry and harmonious taste.

Prefer a Dolcetto chosen amongst those from Alba, which are softer and less potent than those from the Dogliani area.

Barbera

Although Barbera, par excellence, is the one produced in Asti, those produced in the Langhe area are better suited for the female palate.

Their lower alcoholic grading and reduced acidity make them softer and better balanced.

Barbaresco

If Barolo is the King of wine, Barbaresco is the wine of the Queen: with respect to its muscular counterpart, Barbaresco is less alcoholic, but above all it contains fewer tannins.

These characteristics make it smoother and well-balanced, more fragrant and gratifying and quite alluring for us ladies.

Moscato

The history of the Moscato wine is a very feminine story…

Enjoyed by women of all ages, its floral and fruity aroma, combined with a smooth flavor, make it a typically feminine wine, passionate and sociable, where sweetness is the host.

Passito

Soft, sweet wine, with features that are even more pronounced than the Moscato d’Asti.

Obviously to be paired with desserts, but also with cheese that isn’t too strong or after a meal as a digestif.
